Building in the open: DacoWork's honest state
What ships today, what's being born, and why we tell you the difference. The first gap at the edge is live; the fully autonomous factory is the next leap — not the current promise.
Product pages tend to describe the target as if it were the present. We prefer the opposite: saying exactly what ships today and what's being born. Honesty here isn't modesty — it's a feature. You're going to trust your business's action items to this layer; you need to know what it actually does.
Live today
- →The whole substrate runs in production: the brain (capture, distill, link, triage), the intent guardian with graduated autonomy, and the workspace's voice — in code, with MCP and white-label.
- →Capture through real channels: native meetings, chat and — new — development sessions: the agent you use declares which task it's working on, and the work becomes tracked workspace tasks, confirmed by you.
- →The first gap at the edge is closed: the intelligence detects your work session and pushes, on its own, the relevant knowledge — the open issues of the component you're touching, right then, without spam. It's the first act of real initiative: it acts upon detecting, instead of just watching.
- →Surfaces: Project Channel (per-project dashboard) and Situation Room (work happening live) shipped; real-time notifications.
Being born
- →The full loop at the edge: task lifecycle managed by the voice, an unblocking dialogue, and the next step prepared — text and recipients, ready for you to approve. It's the headline of the thesis, and it's under construction right now.
- →Cross-sub-workspace Workspace Feed: everything that happens, permission-scoped, across clients' sub-workspaces.
- →Connectors for corporate reality: Azure DevOps, Teams, Exchange — on-prem and cloud.
And the factory?
Autonomous software construction — Track B — is the next leap, not today's promise. The pipeline exists and runs in dogfood, with evaluation gates and human interrupts. "Being born", for us, means actually delivering to an end user: closed verification loop, continuity, self-correction. Track A's real deliveries are the benchmark that will prove it.
We're dogfooding this in front of you. The brain you'll use is the brain we use — and this page changes when reality changes, not before.
